Básica Liability Coverage
Liability is the heart of your insurance coverage - it covers damage that You're responsible for in the event of an accident.
Keep in mind that if You're at fault in an accident, the other party can come after Your assets and future income - so you want to make sure that You, and those who depend on You, have at least the minimum level of protection.
- Property Damage - Property Damage - this can pay for damage done to someone else's property in an accident
- Bodily Injury - Bodily Injury - this could pay for the other person's injuries caused by the accident
Básica Full Coverage
While Liability Coverage covers damage You are responsible for, in an accident, to another person, damage to Your vehicle is not covered.
Básica Full Coverage, is actually two coverages: Comprehensive Coverage and Collision Coverage.
- Comprehensive Coverage - Comprehensive Coverage may pay out if Your car is stolen or damaged by something other than a collision
- Collision Coverage - Collision Coverage may payoff damage to your car when you are involved in an accident with another vehicle or object

- Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist Coverage - Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist Coverage - If You or a passenger is injured or Your vehicle is damaged by someone driving without enough or any liability coverage
- Medical Payment - Medical Payment - If You or Your passengers are injured as the result of an accident
- Accidental Death Benefit - Accidental Death Benefit - In the event of Your death due to an accident involving Your vehicle

If you have been involved in an accident, you may be asking yourself, "What do I do next?"
Submit a claim either by clicking on the link below or by calling (866) 603-2664. Whichever you prefer, you'll be connected to a Claims Specialist.
We'll review your claim quickly, and if there is any additional information needed, we will let you know and keep you informed. We'll determine if the incident is covered under your policy and assess the loss or damage.
If the incident is covered, we'll provide you with an estimate. If your vehicle has Comprehensive and Collision Coverage, you'll receive repair options to help you decide how to proceed. We will work with you and address any questions.
Depending on the incident and your policy's coverage, we may pay your vehicle's repairer directly or send payment to you. If there is a lien on your vehicle, we will involve the lienholder in the repair process.
